What is an Equity Builder Grant Program?
It is a grant of up to $15,000 to be used for a down payment and closing costs on a primary residence. Other types of housing may be considered. Eligible recipients must have a household income at, or below, 80% of the area medium income level for the current address based on HUD published guidelines. Low-income is the following:
